Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

5 Day Websites LLC, doing business as 5 Day Law Firm Websites (“Service Provider”), and You (“Client”).

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with the following services:

  • Website Design and Development: A custom-built website tailored to the Client’s law firm.

  • Ongoing Website Maintenance & Updates: Regular updates to plugins, themes, and core systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Technical Support: Ongoing support via email, phone, or live chat for issues or updates related to the website.

  • Real-Time Reporting: Access to website performance reports, analytics, and tracking tools.

All services are included in the monthly subscription fee unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Term & Termination

2.1 Term:
This Agreement shall have a minimum term of twenty-four (24) months beginning on the date of purchase.

2.2 Early Termination:
If the Client chooses to terminate this Agreement before the end of the 24-month term, the Client agrees to pay the remaining balance for the full 24-month period upon termination.

2.3 Automatic Renewal:
After the initial 24-month term, this Agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides 30 days’ written notice of termination.

3. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay a fixed monthly subscription fee for the duration of the term. This fee includes all services outlined in Section 1. Payment will be automatically charged each month via the payment method provided by the Client.

Failure to pay within 10 days of the due date may result in service suspension.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by the Service Provider remains the property of 5 Day Websites LLC until the 24-month term has been completed in full. After this period, the Client shall retain full ownership of the website and all related content.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and access as needed for site development and updates.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable laws regarding legal advertising and content.

6. Limitation of Liability

5 Day Websites LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or failure to perform services under this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, written or oral. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
